  • Add all of your ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  • If you are not using a high speed blender make sure to soak your cashews before hand, You can soak them in boiling water for 15 minutes or in room temp water for 6 hours, or overnight.
  • Add your blended cheese mixture into a pot and bring to a gentle simmer, whisking continuously. The cheese will thicken, just keep whisking until it is stretchy and melty!
  • Use your vegan mozzarella on a grilled cheese, pizza and more!
