- ½ cup oat flour
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1 scoop frosted cinnamon roll protein powder
- ⅓ cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp brown sugar or monk fruit sweetener
- Olive Oil Spray
Add all ingredients into a bowl (except for the brown sugar) and mix well to combine until a dough ball is formed, using your hands if necessary.
Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet, then add your dough ball.
Place another piece of parchment paper on top and roll the dough as thinly as possible. The thinner the cereal the crispier it will get!
Cut the dough into square shapes to resemble cinnamon toast crunch shapes.
Spray with olive oil, then sprinkle on your brown sugar and some extra cinnamon.
Bake at 350f for 20 minutes or until the dough is crispy.
Add to a bowl with milk and enjoy!
