This High Protein Cinnamon Toast Crunch marries the nostalgic crunch of your childhood breakfast with the nutritional benchmarks of a healthy lifestyle. Oat flour and almond flour form a gluten-free base, vedge frosted cinnamon roll protein powder packs in the protein, while monk fruit sweetener adds intense sweetness with almost 0 calories. Each crispy square is coated with the cinnamon sugar flavour we all know and love! Just pour into a bowl and add milk. Don't forget to slurp up the “CINNAMILK” you find at the bottom after munching on all your cinnamon-infused squares.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup oat flour
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 scoop frosted cinnamon roll protein powder
  • cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp brown sugar or monk fruit sweetener
  • Olive Oil Spray

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a bowl (except for the brown sugar) and mix well to combine until a dough ball is formed, using your hands if necessary.
  • Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet, then add your dough ball.
  • Place another piece of parchment paper on top and roll the dough as thinly as possible. The thinner the cereal the crispier it will get!
  • Cut the dough into square shapes to resemble cinnamon toast crunch shapes.
  • Spray with olive oil, then sprinkle on your brown sugar and some extra cinnamon.
  • Bake at 350f for 20 minutes or until the dough is crispy.
  • Add to a bowl with milk and enjoy!
