Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups vegan chocolate chips
  • 1.5 scoops vegan chocolate protein powder
  • ¾ cup PBFit Powdered Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  • First, melt your chocolate chips. You can do this in the microwave in 30-second increments or in a double boiler.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, add your protein powder and mix until well combined.
  • Add your powdered peanut butter to a bowl with water and mix until you get a thick consistency.
  • Assemble your peanut butter cups. You should get 8 cups.
  • Add muffin liners to your muffin tin and 1 tbsp of protein chocolate. Use a small spoon to spread it up the sides of the muffin tin and make a well in the center.
  • Add 1.5 tbsp of the peanut butter mixture, then 1 tsp of the protein chocolate mixture, and spread it over the top to cover the peanut butter.
  • Pop in the freezer for 10 minutes to set the chocolate or in the fridge for 30 minutes.
