Vegan Tempeh Sausage Crumbles
These vegan crumbles are the perfect sausage substitute. They are packed with smoky maple flavor and high in protein! Use these crumbles on your salads or alongside a tofu scramble!

- 1 Package of tempeh 8 oz
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Dry Fennel
- ½ tsp Basil
- ½ tsp Oregano
- ¼ tsp Chili Flakes
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat and crumble in your package of tempeh.
Cook for about 5-10 minutes until the tempeh has browned and crispened.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
