Easy 2 Ingredient Sweet Potato Pizza Crust
This 2 ingredient pizza crust is a game changer and is so easy to make! It is made with only oats and sweet potatoes, making this a much healthier alternative to regular pizza dough! Once you try this healthy pizza dough you will want to have pizza for dinner every night!

- 2 cups Mashed Sweet Potatos about 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 cups Oat Flour
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning optional
Stab a few holes in your sweet potatoes with a fork. Place on a plate then microwave one potato at a time for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through. You'll know it is done when you can stab it all the way through with a fork.
Let the potatoes cool slightly then peel off the skin.
Measure out 2 cups of mashed sweet potato and add to a large bowl along with 2 cups of oat flour and a spice mix of your choice (optional).
Divide the dough into 2 circles and place each dough ball onto a lined baking tray. Wet your hands then form the balls into a crust shape, about half a cm thin.
Bake for 400 degrees f for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, add your toppings then bake for a further 15 minutes.
