Cashew Matcha Butter {oil free, vegan, keto}

This cashew matcha butter is insanely delicious! It tastes like a mix between a matcha latte and vanilla matcha cake! It is slightly sweetened and lightly salted and tastes great right off of the spoon! Spread it on some toast with fresh fruit for a quick and easy breakfast! This matcha butter is also vegan, gluten free, dairy free and keto friendly!

  • Start by roasting your cashews in the oven at 350f for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
  • You can also use pre-roasted cashews just make sure they don't have any added oil or salt. You could also use raw cashews, although it will alter the taste slightly.
  • Let the cashews cool slightly then blend them smooth in a high speed blender or food processor.
  • Once the cashews have turned into cashew butter add in the rest of the ingredients and blend again until smooth.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
