These vegan blender muffins are so light and fluffy and are naturally sweetened. They require less than 10 minutes of prep time and are made completely in a blender! These gluten free muffins are made with wholesome ingredients and are dairy free, egg free and refined sugar free! The perfect healthy snack or dessert to have on hand for when you have that sweet tooth craving!

  • Add your wet ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  • Next add in your dry ingredients and blend again.
  • Mix in your chocolate chips with a spoon.
  • Pour the batter into greased or lined muffin tin about ¾ of the way to the top.
  • Bake at 350f for 30-35 minutes until the tops are golden then let cool completely to room temperature.
