  • 1 14oz can Chickpeas
  • ½ cup Creamy Peanut Natural Butter
  • cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • Pinch of Salt omit if your nut butter is pre-salted

  • First strain and rinse your chickpeas and add them into a high speed blender or food processor with the peanut butter, vanilla, maple syrup and salt.
  • I use my Vitamix for this recipe and it works perfectly!
  • Blend until completely smooth! Small pieces are okay but there should be no large pieces of chickpeas left!
  • Add in the baking soda and baking powder and blend briefly to incorporate into the dough.
  • If your dough is warm let it cool in the freezer or fridge before mixing in the chocolate chips.
  • If the dough is warm I transfer it into a small bowl and place it into the freezer for 5 minutes.
  • Mix in your chocolate chips!
  • Divide into cookies and bake at 350f for 15-18 minutes!
