Vegan French Toast Sticks
These vegan French toast sticks are perfect for brunch and so easy to make! They are sweet and cinnamon-y and made with just 6 simple ingredients! These dairy free French toast sticks are perfect for sharing, brunch or even a dessert! They are sweetened naturally with banana and are great for dunking!

- 4-5 slices Thick Dense Bread
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Plant Milk
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Ground Flax
First select your bread! You'll want a thick dense bread for this recipe. Stale bread works best but is not necessary.
Slice your bread into thick sticks and set aside.
Next, make your batter. Mash the banana into a bowl and add in the rest of the ingredients. Whisk to combine.
Dunk your bread sticks into the batter to coat completely.
Pan fry your sticks over medium heat for a few minutes on each side until golden. Use a touch of olive oil so they do not stick.
Serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and maple syrup for dunking!
