These chickpea blondies are lifechanging! They are made in a blender for easy clean up and and so delicious you won't believe they are healthy!

Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Mix in your sprinkles then transfer the batter onto a greased baking dish.
Top with extra sprinkles and bake at 350f for 25 minutes.
Let the blondies cool completely to room temp before eating, otherwise they will fall apart!
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
