High Protein Vegan Chickpea Blondies
These chickpea blondies are lifechanging! They are made in a blender for easy clean up and and so delicious you won't believe they are healthy!
Ingredients
- 1 can Strained Chickpeas 1.5 cups
- ½ cup Almond Butter
- ⅓ cup + 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Plant Milk
- ½ cup Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
- ⅓ cup Oat Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 tbsp Sprinkles
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Mix in your sprinkles then transfer the batter onto a greased baking dish.
- Top with extra sprinkles and bake at 350f for 25 minutes.
- Let the blondies cool completely to room temp before eating, otherwise they will fall apart!
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
