These chickpea blondies are lifechanging! They are made in a blender for easy clean up and and so delicious you won't believe they are healthy!

  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  • Mix in your sprinkles then transfer the batter onto a greased baking dish.
  • Top with extra sprinkles and bake at 350f for 25 minutes.
  • Let the blondies cool completely to room temp before eating, otherwise they will fall apart!
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
