PB & Jelly Stuffed Baked Oats
These stuffed baked oats taste like cake for breakfast! It is stuffed with a healthy raspberry chia jam filling and loaded with peanut butter flavor!

Easy Chia Jam
- 1/2 cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
Blend up the oats, plant milk, banana, vanilla, maple syrup, peanut butter, baking powder & salt.
Microwave the raspberries & chia seeds in a bowl for 30 seconds. You could also cook them on a stove top over medium heat for a few mins.
Pour half of the batter into a ramekin then add in your chia berry jam and add the rest of the batter on top.
Top with chocolate chips or peanuts (optional) and BAKE at 350 degrees f for 25-30 minutes.
