3-Ingredient Blueberry Chia Jam (refined sugar free)

Once you see how easy it is to make your own jam at home you'll never buy the store bought stuff again! This jam is perfectly spreadable and perfect on top of your PB&J's or on an oatmeal bowl!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 3 tbsp Water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a small pot and cook over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes thick and jammy!
  • The berries will release their liquid and the chia seeds will soak it up and hold everything together just like a jam!
  • Transfer to a small jar or airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 10 days.
  • The jam will thicken as it sits in the fridge as the chia seeds soak up all of the excess liquid!
  • If you like your jam sweeter try adding in a few table spoons of maple syrup!
