What’s the deal with Chia Seeds?

Chia seeds are a part or the Omega-3 Super seeds along with flax and hemp seeds! Thy are small black seeds that were an important food for the Aztec Mayans many years ago! Don’t let the size of these tiny seeds fool you! They are loaded with omega 3-fatty acids, essential minerals and antioxidants, fiber, and are a complete plant-based protein!
