Creamy protein-packed coconut yogurt mixture layered on toasted sourdough bread and topped with caramelized cinnamon apples with a drizzle of almond butter. It tastes like dessert but is naturally sweetened, vegan, gluten-free, and packed with nourishing ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Honeycrisp apple
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 large slices of sourdough bread
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt
  • ¾ scoop frosted cinnamon roll from Vedge Nutrition
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Instructions
 

  • Finely dice your apple and pan-fry for 5 minutes until softened.
  • Add the maple syrup and cinnamon and mix until well combined.
  • While the apples are cooking, make your protein yogurt by mixing yogurt and protein powder in a small bowl.
  • Spread your protein yogurt over some toast and top with your sautéed apples and some almond butter.
