It starts with a nutrient-rich banana base that makes it super filling, followed by a layer of peanut butter for a satisfying crunch, and finished with a velvety drizzle of melted chocolate.

- 5 bananas
- ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ tsp coconut oil
- Flakey salt
Slice your banana into even pieces, then place onto a lined baking tray.
Drizzle over your peanut butter and spread it out all over with the back of a spoon.
Add your chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small bowl and melt in the microwave or using a double boiler. If using the microwave, use 30-second increments, stirring in between so the chocolate doesn’t burn.
Drizzle your chocolate all over and spread it out with the back of a spoon.
Add some flakey salt on top.
Place your banana bark in the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Slice or break up into pieces and enjoy!
