Ingredients

  • 5 bananas
  • ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp coconut oil
  • Flakey salt

Instructions

  • Slice your banana into even pieces, then place onto a lined baking tray.
  • Drizzle over your peanut butter and spread it out all over with the back of a spoon.
  • Add your chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small bowl and melt in the microwave or using a double boiler. If using the microwave, use 30-second increments, stirring in between so the chocolate doesn’t burn.

  • Add some flakey salt on top.
  • Place your banana bark in the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  • Slice or break up into pieces and enjoy!
