Carrot Fries with Vegan Ranch Dip

A fun twist to traditional potato fries, these carrot fries are infused with smoky and garlicky flavours with hints of sweetness. Pair them with my creamy and ultra-addicting tahini ranch dip for a winning combo that the whole family will love. Ingredients
  

  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper

Tahini Ranch Dip

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp fresh chives
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Water to thin

Instructions
 

  • Slice up your carrots into sticks.
  • Toss in olive oil and seasonings and bake at 350f for 25–30 min
  • Make your tahini ranch dip by mixing up all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Dip and enjoy!
