Chocolate Orange Protein Bites

These chocolate orange protein bites are the perfect healthy snack to have on hand for when that sweet tooth hits! They are packed with protein and fibre and have a delicious citrus-chocolate flavour. Being vegan, sugar-free, and dairy-free, these tiny goodies testify that satiating chocolate cravings doesn't always have to be a guilty pleasure.

Ingredients
  

For Topping

  • 2 tbsp melted chocolate
  • Orange Zest

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except oat flour into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Add in your oat flour and blend to incorporate.
  • Add your mixture into a lined 8x8 baking dish and pat down with your hands
  • Drizzle on the melted chocolate and top with orange zest.
  • Place in the fridge for 30 minutes until the chocolate has set.
  • Slice into 16 cubes and enjoy.
