  • First, make your high-protein chocolate sauce. Add the protein powder to a bowl and use water to thin until you reach a consistency similar to Nutella.
  • Slice up your bananas and strawberries.
  • Dunk your rice paper sheets in water, then use scissors to cut them in half.
  • To the center of your rice paper sheet, spread out some chocolate sauce, then add some crushed peanuts, a slice of banana, and a slice of strawberry.
  • Fold up the rice paper, making to folds onto the fruit side, then making another two folds onto the chocolate side. This will ensure the rice paper does not fall apart when pan frying. Repeat until all the filling is used.
  • Pan-fry both sides until crispy, then dust with powdered sugar or vanilla protein powder and enjoy!
