High Protein Banana Bark
Ditch all those sugary and dairy-laden desserts and switch to this viral 5-ingredient high-protein banana bark. Sliced bananas layered with peanut butter made using PBFit Powdered Peanut Butter and water, topped with melted vegan chocolate chips and a sprinkle of flakey salt. Frozen to perfection, this vegan high protein bark is not just a treat for your taste buds but also a protein-packed delight.

- 5 bananas
- 1.5 cup PBFit Powdered Peanut Butter
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp water to thin
- 1 cup melted vegan chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp Flakey salt
Slice your bananas into rounds.
Place your bananas onto a lined baking sheet in a large rectangular pattern.
In a small bowl, mix together your powdered peanut butter and water. Add more water as needed to reach your desired consistency until it becomes a spreadable nut butter consistency.
Add your chocolate chips and coconut oil into a small bowl and microwave in 30-second increments until the chocolate chips have melted, mixing in between increments so the chocolate doesn’t burn.
Spread your peanut butter over the bananas and use the back of a spoon to spread it evenly over the bananas.
Next, pour over your melted chocolate and use the back of a spoon to spread it out evenly over the peanut butter.
Top with flakey salt and place in the freezer to set for at least 2 hours.
Take out 5 minutes before you’re ready to eat and enjoy!
