Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well to combine.
Spread onto a lined baking tray, and pack the granola down about half an inch thick. This will ensure your granola gets nice and chunky!
Bake at 350f for 35 minutes, tossing lightly after 25 minutes.
If you want chunky granola, make sure you toss gently so as not to break up the chunks. If you prefer smaller pieces of granola, you can toss after 15 minutes instead.
Serve with yogurt parfaits, smoothie bowls, as a cereal and more!
