In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut flour baking blend, baking powder, salt, coconut yogurt, and monk fruit sweetener. Stir until everything comes together into a soft dough.
Divide the dough evenly into 9 portions. Roll each piece gently between your palms until smooth and round.
Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
