Crumble

  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 cup oats
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2-3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

For Serving

  • vegan vanilla ice cream

Instructions
 

  • Roughly chop up your apples and add them to your baking dish.
  • Make your caramel date sauce by blending your dates, water, lemon, cinnamon, salt, cornstarch, and water.
  • Pour your caramel sauce over your apples and mix to evenly coat all of the apples.
  • Make the crumble topping by mixing all ingredients in a bowl. Evenly divide the crumble over the apples.
  • Bake at 350f for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden.
  • Serve with vegan vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
