healthy caramel apple

Viral Healthy Caramel Apple

This healthy viral caramel apple recipe is a sugar-free twist on the classic candy apple. Crisp Honeycrisp apple wrapped in naturally sweet Medjool dates, coated in rich dark chocolate and topped with crunchy crushed peanuts. The caramel-like date flavour pairs perfectly with chocolate, and the crunch of crushed peanuts makes it addictive, not to mention the added nutrition of the toppings. Ready in under 15 minutes, it's perfect to pair with your morning coffee for a highly nutritious breakfast.
