This vegan yogurt is a game changer! It is super creamy, tangy and perfectly sweetened. It is made without probiotics (although you can add in a capsule if you'd like) and takes less than 5 minutes to make! Try this vegan yogurt as a parfait or as a breakfast meal prep!

  • First soak your raw cashews in boiling water for 15 minutes to soften.
  • Once the cashews have soaked add them to a high speed blender or food processor with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth then store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • You can also blend in some frozen fruit, spices, or empty a capsule of probiotics into the blender as well!
