Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal with High Protein Icing {Vegan + GF}

For the High Protein Icing
Mix together the ingredients for the baked oats in a small oven safe ramekin.
Mix in some chocolate chips, flatted with the back of a spoon then top with some extra chocolate chips.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350f.
While the baked oats are in the oven mix together your vegan yogurt and protein powder to make a high protein icing.
Once the top is golden take it out of the oven and top with some of your high protein icing!
