These vegan 4 ingredient peanut butter cookies are so delicious and easy to make! You will be eating cookies in 20 minutes or less! These babies are made in one bowl and are a much healthier alternative to regular cookies loaded with tons of sugar! These are a delicious dessert the whole family will love - especially the peanut butter lovers!

Add your almond flour, maple syrup and peanut butter into a bowl and mix well until combined. If your peanut butter does not have any salt added to it add in a pinch of salt to bring out the sweetness.
Roll your cookie dough into balls, it should make 8-10 cookies.
Next, roll the balls into some sugar then place onto a baking tray.
Use a fork to push the cookies down, making a crisscross pattern on the top of the cookies.
Bake at 375f for 8-10 minutes until the cookies are slightly golden on the edges. Careful not to overcook or they will be too dry!
Let them cool completely as they will cook slightly after cooking and firm up.
