These vegan 4 ingredient peanut butter cookies are so delicious and easy to make! You will be eating cookies in 20 minutes or less! These babies are made in one bowl and are a much healthier alternative to regular cookies loaded with tons of sugar!   • Add your almond flour, maple syrup and peanut butter into a bowl and mix well until combined. If your peanut butter does not have any salt added to it add in a pinch of salt to bring out the sweetness.
  • Roll your cookie dough into balls, it should make 8-10 cookies.
  • Next, roll the balls into some sugar then place onto a baking tray.
  • Use a fork to push the cookies down, making a crisscross pattern on the top of the cookies.
  • Bake at 375f for 8-10 minutes until the cookies are slightly golden on the edges. Careful not to overcook or they will be too dry!
  • Let them cool completely as they will cook slightly after cooking and firm up.
