What ingredients do I need for my 4 ingredient peanut butter cookies
How to make peanut butter cookies
These 4 ingredient cookies are so easy to make they’ll be ready in less than 20 minutes!
Preheat your oven to 375f then prepare the dough.
Mix the almond flour, peanut butter and maple syrup in a medium sized bowl until everything is combined well. These are not the sweetest cookies so if you’d like you can add in a couple tablespoons of sugar to taste! Also if your peanut butter doesn’t have any added salt add in a pinch of salt to bring out the sweetness!
Roll in sugar. Roll your cookie dough into 8-10 small balls. Then roll the balls in sugar until completely covered and place onto a baking tray.
Press & bake. Use a fork to press the cookies down, making a crisscross pattern to achieve that classic peanut butter cookie look! Then bake for about 8-10 minutes until they are slightly golden on the edges. Careful not to overcook them or they will be dry!
Storing your cookies
You can store your cookies in an air tight container in the fridge or on the counter for up to 5 days!
Some tips from Steph
Add some saltiness! If your peanut butter does not have salt I recommend putting in a touch of salt to make the sweetness pop!
Make sure to use superfine blanched almond flour. It has a specific texture and cannot be replaced with any other flour.
Try your cookies as a cereal! I know it sounds weird but trust me! I love breaking up 2-3 cookies into a small bowl and topping them with some plant milk! It’s such a delicious quick and easy dessert!
Don’t have maple syrup? Use agave instead or another liquid sweetener!
