Ingredients
  

For the Bowls

  • ½ cup coconut yogurt
  • 3 cups of soy milk
  • 4 tsp ACV
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup white flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp baking powder

Icing

  • ½ cup cashews
  • ½ scoop vegan vanilla protein
  • ½ cup soy milk + 1 tbsp if needed
  • 4 tbsp yogurt

Topping

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients for your bowls into a large bowl and mix well to combine.
  • Divide into 4 greased oven-safe dishes.
  • Bake at 375 for 30 minutes,
  • Make your icing by blending all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  • Wait for your bowls to cool completely before spreading your icing and sprinkles over the top.
