Ingredients

For the Cauliflower

  • 1 Head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Plant Milk
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • ½-¾ cup Franks Red Hot Sauce

For the Cashew Ranch

  • ½ cup Raw Cashews soaked if you do not have a high speed blender
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • ½ tbsp Dried Dill
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Start by chopping up your head of cauliflower into bite sized pieces and set aside.
  • In a large bowl add in your oat flour, spices and plant milk and mix well to form a batter. If the batter is too thin add more oat flour, if it is too thick add more pant milk.
  • Add the cauliflower pieces into the batter and mix well until all the pieces are coated well.
  • Air fry for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. If using the oven bake at 450 for 20-30 minutes.
  • Remove the cauliflower and add back to a large bowl. Toss in your hot sauce then return to the air fryer for a further 5 minutes to crisp up. If using an oven bake for an extra 10-15 minutes.
  • To make the cashew ranch dressing add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. If your blender is not very strong you will have to soak the cashews in boiling water for 15 minutes for them to soften so the sauce will be nice and smooth.
