What Ingredients do I need for my crispy cauliflower wings

For the cauliflower you will need 1 head of cauliflower, oat flour, dried parsley, garlic powder, Himalayan salt, plant milk and hot sauce of choice. I love using Franks Red Hot Sauce.

For the cashew ranch dip: You will need raw cashews, lemon juice, garlic, dried dill, onion powder and salt & pepper.

Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

How to make crispy cauliflower wings

These buffalo cauliflower wings are so simple to make and since we are making them in the air fryer it is even faster! I recently got an air fryer and I am OBSESSED. I literally use it for everything and it cooks everything to perfection in half the time! Here is the one I use!

Chop your cauliflower: Start by washing and chopping your cauliflower into small bite sized pieces then set aside.

Make your batter: To a large bowl add in the oat flour, spices and plant milk and mix well to form a thick batter. If it is too thin add more oat flour, if it is too thick add more plant milk.

Dredge and air fry: Add in the chopped head of cauliflower and mix well until all the pieces are well coated then pop into the air fryer for 15 minutes until crispy. If you do not have an air fryer you can also bake at 450 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Season and finish cooking: After the cauliflower has crisped up transfer it back into a large bowl and top with your hot sauce of choice and toss to coat. Air fry for a further 5 minutes to make your buffalo cauliflower wings super crispy! If using the oven return for 10-15 more minutes.

The Vegan Ranch: To make the vegan ranch add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. If your blender is not strong you will need to soak your cashews for 15 minutes in boiling water to soften.
