Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Cookies

  • Set your oven to 350 degrees f and make your flax egg by combining 1 tbsp ground flax with 3 tbsp warm water. Let the flax egg sit for 10-15 minutes to become thick. This is your egg replacement!
  • Mix your wet ingredients together in one bowl - the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla and flax egg.
  • Add your remaining dry ingredients on top of the bowl of wet ingredients - no need to use a separate bowl, save the dishes!
  • Separate into cookies and pat down to your desired shape on a baking tray. These will not change shape while cooking.
  • Bake the cookies at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes
