Start by roasting your cashews in the oven at 350f for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
Pop them into a high speed blender or food processor along with the rest of the ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
Make sure to take breaks so your blender does not overheat. It should take about 10-15 minutes of blending.
