Coconut Cashew Butter
This nutty coconut cashew butter will be your new obsession! Perfect for spreading, smoothies, smoothie bowls, as an oatmeal topper or to eat straight off the spoon 😉
Ingredients
- 3 cups Raw Cashews
- ½ cup Desiccated Coconut
- 2-3 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Start by roasting your cashews in the oven at 350f for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
- Pop them into a high speed blender or food processor along with the rest of the ingredients and blend until completely smooth.
- Make sure to take breaks so your blender does not overheat. It should take about 10-15 minutes of blending.
- Spread, dip or eat it by the spoon. Enjoy!
