Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp cookies and cream protein powder from Vedge Nutrition
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 4 tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips optional
  • 1 Oreo cookie

Instructions
 

  • Add all of your ingredients into a small bowl (except for the oreos and chocolate chips) and mix well to combine.
  • Crumble in your Oreo and add your chocolate chips, and mix well to incorporate.
  • Divide your dough into 2 cookies and flatten into your desired shape as they will not flatten in the oven.
  • Top with extra cookie crumbs if desired
  • Bake at 350f for 10-12 minutes.
