Why You’ll Love This Recipe
Higher in Protein (But You’d Never Guess!) – With a solid boost of plant-based protein from Vedge Nutrition’s cookies and cream protein powder and the added goodness of fibre-rich oats, each bite does more than satisfy your sweet tooth; it fuels your body. Recovering from a workout or powering through a busy day? These cookies & cream protein cookies help keep you full, energized, and guilt-free.
Low in Sugar, Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free – Maple syrup keeps the sweetness subtle and natural, while almond milk gives the cookies a soft, slightly cakey texture without any dairy. The real magic, though? Creamy cashew butter that blends seamlessly into the batter. Also, cashew butter adds a rich flavour and a smooth, satisfying texture—all without refined sugar, butter, or dairy.
Totally Flourless (And Still So Soft) – These cookies are completely flourless, yet still bake up with a soft center and just the right amount of chew. It’s all thanks to a smart combo of oats, nut butter, and protein powder. No white flour, no guilt, and absolutely no compromise on taste or texture.
A Healthier Alternative (That Tastes Like a Treat) – We all love a good traditional cookie—until the sugar crash hits or you realize you’ve devoured half a tray in five minutes flat. These high-protein cookies, on the other hand, are designed to give you all the satisfaction of a classic cookies-and-cream treat without the crash. They’re sweet enough to feel indulgent, yet balanced enough to fit into any lifestyle.

- Bake
Bake at 350f for 10-12 minutes.

Recipe Tips for Cookies and Cream Protein Powder Cookies
Make it Nut-Free: Replace the cashew butter with sunflower seed butter or tahini (sesame seed paste). Instead of almond milk, opt for oat milk, rice milk, or soy milk—all of which are completely nut-free and will give your cookies a soft, cakey texture.
Don’t Overbake: Take the cookies out when they begin to look golden on the outside otherwise they will dry out.
Add-Ins: Crushed almonds, coconut flakes, or a sprinkle of chia seeds can elevate the nutrition and texture.
