These crispy tofu wings are the perfect shareable snack! They are crunchy, salty and super easy to make! Perfect for game day, a day by the pool, or as an appetizer! They have only a few ingredients and you can customize the flavor with any sauce you'd like!
Start by pressing your tofu to release the liquid. This will help the tofu crisp up. You can press you tofu by using a tofu press or by wrapping your tofu in a kitchen towel and placing a heavy object on top for a minimum of 15 minutes.
Next make your batter by mixing the plant milk, flax and cornstarch together. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Slice your tofu. Dunk the slices in the batter then into a bowl of breadcrumbs.
Air fry for 15 minutes at 400 degrees flipping halfway through.
