Easy 4-Ingredient Date Snickers

You won't believe how much these taste like a snickers bar! They are sweet, salty, chocolately and a perfect healhy snack to have on hand. They are a much healthier alternative and can be made in less than 15 minutes!

  • Slice your dates in half and remove the pit.
  • Fill the dates with a small spoonful of natural peanut butter and 3-4 peanuts for crunch.
  • Melt your chocolate chips on a stove in double boiler or in the microwave. If using the microwave use 30 second intervals mixing in between.
  • Slightly close the stuffed dates then drizzle chocolate all over.
  • Finish with a generous amount of salt. This really makes them taste like snickers bars!
  • Put them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes so the peanut butter can set. Then store them in the fridge.
