How do I make Easy 4-Ingredient Date Snickers?
These salty sweet treats can be made in under 15 minutes! First start by melting your chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave. If using the microwave put them in for 30 second intervals, mixing with a spoon in between. Slice your dates in half and remove the pit. Stuff them with natural peanut butter and peanuts then slightly close. Drizzle with your melted chocolate and don’t forget to top with a generous amount of Himalayan Salt! This really makes them taste like a snickers bar! Place in the freezer so the peanut butter can set for 15 minutes then store in the fridge!

Ingredients
- 10 Medjool Dates
- ¼ cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Peanuts
- ⅓ cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
- Salt
Instructions
- Slice your dates in half and remove the pit.
- Fill the dates with a small spoonful of natural peanut butter and 3-4 peanuts for crunch.
- Melt your chocolate chips on a stove in double boiler or in the microwave. If using the microwave use 30 second intervals mixing in between.
- Slightly close the stuffed dates then drizzle chocolate all over.
- Finish with a generous amount of salt. This really makes them taste like snickers bars!
- Put them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes so the peanut butter can set. Then store them in the fridge.
