Easy 5 Ingredient Vegan Protein Brownies

These ooey gooey vegan protein brownies are out of this world! Each piece has 8 grams of protein and they are so insanely easy to make! These brownies only require 5 simple ingredients and one bowl. They are also gluten free, refined sugar free and dairy free! The perfect healthy high protein snack!

  • Start by mashing your bananas well in a large bowl with the back of a fork.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Transfer into a greased or lined loaf pan, flatten with the back of a spoon, top with some vegan chocolate chips and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
  • Let the brownies cool for at least 45 minutes. They will continue to cook in the pan after they are removed from the oven. If you try and eat them right away they will not hold their shape.
  • Slice into 8 cubed brownies.
  • Each slice has 161 calories - 8 grams of protein - 15 grams of carbs - 9 grams of fat.
