Easy Buffalo Chickpea Wrap

This 10 minutes buffalo chickpea wrap is loaded with spicy flavour and perfect for a quick and easy meal! The wrap is loaded with veg and super simple to make! A perfect addition to your weekly rotation!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Chickpeas strained and rinsed
  • cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • cup Hummus
  • 3 pieces Romaine Lettuce roughly chopped
  • 1 Large Tomato roughly chopped
  • Red Onion sliced
  • 2 Dill Pickles sliced

Instructions
 

  • Start by heating some olive oil in a pan then add in your chickpeas, garlic powder, onion powder.
  • Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
  • Slice and prepare your veggies for the wrap.
  • Assemble your wrap with your hummus, veggies and buffalo chickpeas. Wrap up and enjoy!
