Easy Buffalo Chickpea Wrap

- 1 can Chickpeas strained and rinsed
- ⅓ cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- ⅓ cup Hummus
- 3 pieces Romaine Lettuce roughly chopped
- 1 Large Tomato roughly chopped
- ⅛ Red Onion sliced
- 2 Dill Pickles sliced
Start by heating some olive oil in a pan then add in your chickpeas, garlic powder, onion powder.
Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
Slice and prepare your veggies for the wrap.
Assemble your wrap with your hummus, veggies and buffalo chickpeas. Wrap up and enjoy!
