Ingredients
  

Dough

Filling

  • 2 tsp melted vegan butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Protein Glaze

Instructions
 

  • Add all your dough ingredients into a small bowl and mix with a spoon until combined. Do not use your hands, as the dough is quite sticky. It may look like it will not come together, but keep mixing it, and it will!
  • Once the dough is incorporated and rolled into a ball, place it on a very well-floured surface. Add lots of flour to the top of the dough.
  • Roll out the dough into a large rectangle, adding more flour as needed to prevent sticking.
  • Add your melted vegan butter on top and sprinkle on your coconut sugar and cinnamon.
  • Slice the dough in half lengthwise, then roll each half.
  • Place each roll into a small, greased ramekin, then spray the top with cooking spray to help them brown.
  • Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden.
  • While baking, make your protein icing by mixing the ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Drizzle your icing over the top of your cinnamon rolls and enjoy!
