This vegan ground beef is the perfect vegan or vegetarian meat substitute! It is salty, perfectly seasoned and has a great meaty texture! Use it as a taco or burrito stuffer, in your Buddha bowls and more!

1 block Extra Firm Pressed Tofu 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1½ tbsp Tomato Paste 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Garlic Powder 2 tsp Onion Powder 2 tsp Smoked Paprika 2 tsp Chili Powder 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Black Pepper to Taste
Start by pressing your tofu using a tofu press or wrapping it in a kitchen towel for at least 15 minutes.
Crumble your tofu into a large bowl then add in the rest of the spices and seasonings.
Mix well so everything is well coated.
Spread evenly onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes at 400f until slightly crisped.
