Crumble & Season your tofu! Crumble into a large bowl then add in all of the rest of your ingredients! Mix well so all of the pieces are covered.

Some tips from Steph

Make it oil free by omitting the oil or subbing 1 tbsp veggie broth!

In a rush? Try pan frying the tofu after it has been seasoned! It will not turn out as crispy but will still have an awesome flavor!

Try doubling the recipe! I actually ended up doubling the recipe so the photos would turn out better! haha! But My boyfriend and I actually ate most of it in a day! So definitely double if feeding more than 2-3 people!

Store your vegan beef in the fridge for up to 5 days! It tastes great as leftovers!
