Easy Vegan Lemon Dill Hummus (10 Minute Recipe)

This zesty lemon dill hummus is the perfect summertime snack! This fresh twist on hummus is a great dip to bring to a poolside party! Make it un under 10 minutes and use it as a dip, spread, dressing, pasta sauce and more!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Chickpeas strained
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil omit for oil free and add in extra water or aquafaba
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Lemon Zest the zest of 2 lemons
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 Large bunch fresh dill or 1 tbsp dried
  • 3-4 tbsp Water to thin or aquafaba water
  • ½-¾ tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except for the fresh dill to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth adding water or oil as needed.
  • Once smooth add in your fresh dill with the stems removed and blend for a further 10-20 seconds.
  • Serve with some pita, chips, and sliced veggies. You can also drizzle a touch of olive oil on top and add some crushed chili flakes or paprika!
