Easy Vegan Protein Chia Pudding

This decadent protein chia pudding is fluffy, chocolatey and so easy to make! It's perfect for a breakfast meal prep and so sweet you can eat it for dessert! It only takes 5 minutes to make and is made with 4 simple ingredients! It is also vegan, dairy free and refined sugar free!

  • Add all your ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • If your protein powder is not sweet enough add in some maple syrup.
  • Divide into 3 ramekins or bowls and chill in the fridge for one hour.
  • Top with some fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, coconut shreds and more!
  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
