This vegan buffalo chicken dip is the ultimate shareable snack perfect for game day and get togethers! It is dairy free, made with mostly whole foods and is ultra rich and creamy! This protein packed dip will be your new go to appetizer!

Instructions
Fist make the base of your dip. Add all of the ingredients, except for the chicken, green onions and vegan cheese into a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
If you do not have a high speed blender it is best to soak your cashews before hand so the dip comes out nice and creamy. You can soak them in boiling water for 15 minutes or overnight in room temperature water.
Next, pan fry your chicken until golden then add in a splash of vegan chicken broth.
Roughly chop your chicken into small pieces and chop up your green onions
Mix in the onions and chicken into your dip, reserving some onions to use for topping afterwards.
Transfer your dip into an oven safe dish. I used an 8x8 pie pan but any oven safe dish will work.
Sprinkle with vegan cheese and bake at 400f for 20 minutes.
Top with your reserved green onions and serve with tortilla chips and celery sticks.
