These healthy vegan gummy bears - made two ways - are the perfect healthy treat! They are refined sugar free and made with simple and wholesome ingredients! The blueberry flavor is super sweet and the lemon ginger flavor is tart and tangy! These gummies are made vegan using agar agar and are chewy and delicious!

Instructions
 

  • Blend each mixture then bring to a gentle simmer & whisk in the agar agar.
  • Whisk for 2-3 minutes then transfer into your gummy bear molds & let sit in the fridge for 10 minutes to harden. Click here for the gummy bear mold I used!
  • If you don’t have molds you can pour into ice cube trays or double or triple the the recipe and pour into a small baking tray. Let set then slice into cubes!
