Featuring high-protein tortillas seasoned with flavourful spices and infused with smoky and savoury flavours, these tortilla chips promise a signature Doritos kick in every crunchy bite. Ingredients
  

  • 3 high protein tortillas
  • Spray of olive oil 1 tsp
  • cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice your tortillas into triangles and place them in a large container.
  • Spray with olive oil and toss to coat.
  • Add the seasonings on top of the tortillas and toss to coat.
  • Transfer onto a wire rack and bake at 350f for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
  • If you don’t have a wire rack, bake on a baking tray and toss halfway through.
