Made with a chewy oat-cashew nougat layer, a creamy peanut butter caramel layer, and a rich chocolate topping, these vegan Snicker bites are a guilt-free choice to satiate your sweet cravings and perfect for tossing into your gym bag for a high-protein post-workout snack.

Ingredients
  

Nougat Layer

Caramel Peanut Butter Layer

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein

Chocolate Layer

  • Start with the nougat layer. Add your oats and cashews to a food processor and blend until the powder is formed. Some small pieces are okay!
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until it all comes together.
  • Add your nougat layer into a lined 8x8 baking tray and press it down with your hands.
  • Next, make your peanut butter layer by mixing peanut butter, maple syrup, and protein powder in a small bowl.
  • Add peanut butter caramel on top of your nougat layer and press down with your hands.
  • Next, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each increment. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
  • Place the baking tray in the fridge for 10 minutes for the chocolate to set, slice, and enjoy!
